We assist clients in connection with debt and equity issuances, public offers and private placements, both in Mexico and international markets. We offer advice on asset backed securities and the financing of projects through trusts and other mechanisms. We have been involved in the implementation of landmark Multi-Offering Programmes and the corresponding follow-on offerings, CKDs (Certificates of Capital Development), CERPIs (Investment Project Certificates), and other securitization programmes. The team also has unmatched experience in public tender offers aimed at obtaining a controlling interest or delisting public companies. Our experts have actively participated with the market authorities in the revision and modifications of the securities regulations.

In ESG matters, our Corporate Finance practice (Capital Markets and Banking & Finance) offers advice to issuers, borrowers, banks and other participants in all types of stock or bank financings, whether they are sustainable or linked to sustainability indicators in local and international markets, with in-depth technical and legal knowledge.  Our advice includes the preparation and review of all legal documentation related to such financing operations, as well as Frameworks, opinions ("SPOs"), and key sustainability indicators, always in close collaboration with our ESG/Compliance area.
