Our Real Estate Practice Group represents clients in connection with real estate developments, financing projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securitizations, as well in regulatory, labor & employment and tax matters.

Team

A distinguishing factor of our practice team is that we have a team of lawyers specialized in joint-ventures, mergers & acquisitions, financing and contracting of rights of way, rights of use and similar structures necessary for infrastructure projects such as roads, gas pipelines, power plants and wind farms. We also have a specialized Tax team, through which we are able to provide clients with legal and tax solutions when structuring their real estate deals.

Our Real Estate practice is experienced in representing hotel shareholders, owners, lessees and managers, both Mexican and international, in their operations throughout the country. We also have a strong track record representing developers and property owners in structuring and implementing complex real estate transactions in the residential and mixed-use sectors.
