Rodrigo González-Duarte Morales has been involved in the areas of real estate law, project finance, energy, and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised developers, debtors and creditors in the development and structuring of energy projects through renewable sources such as wind farms and solar projects, getting involved in real estate and contractual aspects within them.

Additionally, Rodrigo has extensive experience in regulatory issues in the infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships sector, and has participated in multiple public tenders and bids, representing both the private initiative and the government agencies and entities responsible for carrying out such processes. His experience in this sector includes bids for the assignment of public work and long-term service contracts, as well as the assignment of contracts in the areas of procurement, leasing and services.
