Aware of the importance of the adoption of ESG standards by all agents, and in particular the business sector, to achieve sustainable development, our Firm has led these efforts through the following actions:
Consistent with this and always seeking to move forward, we are pleased to announce the Firm's adherence to the United Nations Global Compact, being the world's largest initiative in corporate sustainability.
Our adhesion is carried out to align our operations with "The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact" universally accepted in the four axes of Human Rights, Labor Standards, Environment and Anti-corruption and thus reinforce and adopt the measures necessary in support of these United Nations objectives embodied in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We are convinced that in the legal services sector we play a key role in social development and corporate sustainability. Therefore, by becoming signatories to this initiative, we reinforce our commitment to sustainability from the highest level of leadership within our Firm as part of our DNA, in addition to providing us with the appropriate framework consistent with our ethical values and culture of integrity, respecting the fundamental responsibilities in the four axes of Human Rights, Labor Standards, the Environment and Anti-corruption.
With this ambitious action plan, we are commited to continue operating responsibly with people and the planet, laying solid foundations for the long-term sustainable development of the Firm.
