Services

We offer services related to the corporate maintenance of Mexican mercantile and civil companies, with an important base of clients, among which are companies specializing in branches such as entertainment, telecommunications and energy. The area also coordinates a wide variety of regulatory matters and government procedures for its clients.

The corporate services department also provides advice regarding foreign investment structures, incorporation of subsidiaries as well as the establishment of branches in Mexico.

The composition and structure of the governing bodies of companies plays a key role in the business of a company and in particular in the adoption of ESG standards, so we advise our clients in this regard, taking into account the specific characteristics of each of them (public, private company, type of industry, size, geographic scope, operation, business model, among others) in compliance with the applicable law to each case, in order to implement a robust and effective corporate governance structure.

Additionally, we advise our clients in the implementation of compliance programs in various matters, being this a fundamental tool of the governance structure of our clients for proper decision making, supervision of Compliance with ESG standards and attention to risks, contingencies and ESG conflicts.
