Deal of the Year 2022
For the second consecutive year, we worked on the Deal of the Year 2022, the merger of the media, content and production assets of Grupo Televisa with Univision in a historic transaction, creating the world's leading global Spanish-language media company, uniting Univision in the United States, the largest Spanish-language media market by value, and Televisa in Mexico, which is the most populous Spanish-language market in the world, in a transaction valued in approximately USD 4.5 billion, in a combination of cash and Univision Holdings shares.
