The Energy Regulatory Commission resumes the deadlines and statutory terms suspended due to Coronavirus
On August 17, 2020, the Energy Regulatory Commission ("CRE") published in the Federal Official Gazette the "Resolution whereby the legal deadlines and terms of the Energy Regulatory Commission, which were suspended as a measure to prevent and combat the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 in thenvarious numbers A/010/2020, A/014/2020, A/015/2020 and A/018/2020, are resumed" (the "Resolution").The Resolution provides that, as of August 17, 2020, the deadlines that had previously been suspended through a series of resolutions published by CRE in the Federal Official Gazette, as a measure to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, were resumed. Hence, all actions, requests, applications or promotions filed with CRE during the aforementioned suspension will be deemed as submitted on August 17, 2020.
