Eduardo is experienced in advising national and multinational enterprises in both domestic and international tax matters in diverse sectors. He provides day to day direct and indirect tax consulting as well as tax planning in specific projects related to mergers and acquisitions and business restructurings and financing activities, including due diligence. He also has experience in international tax law including the application of double taxation treaties, EU Directives, permanent establishment exposure and anti-abuse regulations, as well as experience in international transfer pricing matters.
