Partner since 2018
Ignacio has experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and financings. He has advised buyers, sellers and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. His expertise includes advising entrepreneurs and venture capital firms investing in start-up and early stage investments.
He has wide experience in cross-border and international transactions, which constitute most of his practice until now, representing Mexican and foreign entities. Furthermore, he has advised both sponsors and lenders on infrastructure financing projects.
Ignacio has represented creditors and debtors in liability restructuring transactions, including syndicated loans. He has recently focused his practice on structuring and implementing complex real estate transactions, representing property owners, developers and investors. Finally, Ignacio heads the firm’s industry leading fintech practice.
