Pedro has experience in financial law, both securities and banking. He has advised local and foreign companies and banking institutions in private and public securities issuances, in both equity and debt markets taking place in Mexico and abroad. He has also advised domestic and foreign companies and investors in transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances among public and private entities; he has represented creditors and debtors in the restructuring of liabilities and syndicated loans, both in the Mexican market and abroad. He has also represented Mexican teams in the execution of sponsorship agreements and disputes before the different sports authorities, both national and international.´
