Juan Pablo has extensive experience in corporate law in general, mergers and acquisitions, and in financial law, both stock and banking.

He has advised buyers, sellers and national and foreign investors in acquisitions, mergers and strategic alliances. He has also represented clients in the authorization, constitution and start-up of operations of various institutions in the financial sector.

Likewise, Juan Pablo has experience representing issuers and financial intermediaries in the issuance of capital and debt, public and private, both in Mexico and abroad.
