Diversity and Inclusion are fundamental elements in our Firm as we clearly consider them a great strength. For us, Diversity and Inclusion means recruiting, integrating and developing the brightest talent in a high-potential team with professionals of different gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability and religious affiliation since, harnessing the power of differences, we comply with a better understanding of the needs of our clients. We have created a Diversity and Inclusion Committee, responsible for the development of the corporate strategy and it’s respective initiatives, the internal and external communication, and the progress evaluation on the Firm's diversity objectives, to assure this represents a competitive advantage and avant-garde thinking for the benefit of the different legal matters in our hands and the organizations for which we work daily.
