Other

ESG

Due to the importance of ESG criteria today, which correspond to the environmental, social and governance factors within organizations, a tool has been developed to determine the level of compliance of companies in relation to these factors.

Since labor conditions of a company are an important element within the social dimension of ESG, this tool will allow us to evaluate their compliance from the labor law perspective, including in terms of diversity, health and safety, and labor relations within the organization.

In addition to evaluating the company's labor law compliance, this tool will help identify areas for improvement with respect to certain labor obligations, which will enable companies to be better prepared to deal with an inspection by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
