Our team specializes in the solution of environmental conflicts through alternative and restorative justice in cases of industrial accidents, pollution and toxic torts, damage caused by real estate and infrastructure projects, as well as harm to habitat, wildlife and ecosystems.

Members of our Environmental team have broad experience in both public and private sectors. The Head of the team acted as Head of the Specialized Prosecutor´s Office for Environmental Crimes at the federal Department of Justice and General Counsel for the Environmental Protection Agency (PROFEPA).
