Pamela has a multidisciplinary practice focused corporate law. She has participated in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, advising buyers, sellers, Mexican and foreign investors. She has participated in multiple projects in the energy sector, from supply and operation contracts, and contracts for marketing, storage, transportation and sale of petroleum products to the public with focus on downstream matters. She also has extensive experience actively participating in real estate acquisitions.
