On February 2, of this year, the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, an agreement that establishes the parameters for the minimum amounts for which the chapter related to the disclosure of reportable schemes, referred to in the antepenultimate paragraph of article 199 of the Federal Fiscal Code ("CFF"), will not be applied.
