Enrique has broad experience in financial law, both securities and banking. He has participated in several local and international transactions representing issuers and underwriters. He has also participated in securitizations, initial public offerings of REITs (FIBRAs) and development capital certificates (CKDs). He regularly provides advice in connection with securities and banking regulations.
He has advised local and foreign corporations in connection with matters related to corporate governance, joint ventures and a variety of transactions related to investment and disinvestment. He has broad experience in structured finance, including real estate financing and corporate financing, as well as implementing complex collateral packages.
Likewise, he has participated in large transactions involving the acquisition of real estate assets with very complex backgrounds, as well as in the negotiation of the most diverse types of contracts related to land, constructions and in rem rights in general. Broad experience in transactions relating to leases of residential, hotel, retail, and industrial real estate, including real estate trusts, and in financing and refinancing real estate investments.
