César has experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions and antitrust. He has developed expertise in domestic and international transactions that allows him to provide legal advice on private law matters.
He has participated in equity and asset transactions in a wide range of markets, including infrastructure, real estate, telecommunications and banking.
In the antitrust area, he participates in the notification of concentrations that must be authorized by the Federal Antitrust Commission as well as in the investigation procedures.
