On March 9th, 2021, the "Decree whereby several provisions of the Electricity Industry Law are amended and supplemented" (the "Amendment") was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, as a result of the bill presented by the President that was approved by the Mexican Congress on March 2, 2021.
